What locations do you cover?
We are located in Felpham West Sussex and offer a free delivery if you live within a 10 miles radius from us. This includes areas such as - Bognor Regis, Chichester, Fishbourne, The Witterings, Ford, Climping, Arundel, Lavant, Ferring, Angmering, East Preston, Eartham, Fontwell. We are happy to travel further afield but there will be an extra charge for mileage, please contact us if required.
Covid Safe?
We are taking all possible measures to ensure our bell tent hire is covid safe. Our packages can be facilitated without any contact between us and yourself. We follow the government guidelines on social distancing at all times and working in line with government recommendations. We clean everything thoroughly and sanitise where possible. Bedding is washed on a 60 degree cycle with antibacterial laundry detergent after each use. No items go out more than once a week.
We use hand sanitiser before we enter and on collection and wear a mask where necessary.
What size is a indoor teepee tent?
Each indoor teepee tent measures at 106cmx178cm
How can the indoor tents be set up?
Depending on your room space the teepee tents can be arranged in various configurations lined-up, semi-circle etc
What age are the teepee tents for?
The recommended ages that the teepee tents are suitable for are between 5-15 years old.
Hiring time for indoor teepee tents?
The hiring time is approximately 24 hours. We will come and set up in the morning of the event and collect the next day.
Can I keep anything that's provided for the Party?
All teepees and accessories are hire items only.
What size are the bell tents?
Our bell tents are 5 metres
How much space does a bell tent need?
The area must be 7x7 metres.
What sort of ground can you put a bell tent on?
Bell tents need a flat grass or bare earth area to be pitched on.
Bell tents can't be set up indoors, on gravel, patio slabs, concrete, tarmac or artificial grass.
What age range are the bell tents suitable for?
There is no real age limit for our bell tents.
How many people can the bell tents sleep?
Our bell Tents can sleep 6 people comfortably. We can accommodate up to 8 but at a bit of a squeeze.
Where can the bell tents be set up?
In your garden or an outside venue that you are hosting at. We will need clear access to the location.
Do you offer different themes?
The Let'sPartee theme is 'festival fun' for the bell tents and there are different themes for the indoor teepee tents. However if you have a specific theme in mind please feel free to contact us to discuss.
What size are the airbeds?
The airbeds are a standard single size with a single fitted sheet, and single duvet and cover.
What is the hire period for the bell tents?
Prices for renting our bell tents are all based on 1 night. You can extend your booking up to 3 nights. 'Au Natural' Package is an additional £25 per night and the 'Set & Ready' package is an additional £50 per night. We can agree a suitable day and time for us to come along and set up and take down
What if there is bad weather on the date I have booked?
Our bell tents are fully waterproof. Light rain does not need to stop your event.
But, unfortunately If there is very heavy rain that saturates the ground which means we cannot secure the guy ropes, or strong winds which could prevent the tent staying up safely we will try to rearrange your party or your deposit will be refunded.
Do I need a power supply?
We provide a extension lead that will be required to be plugged in for a power supply to pump up the airbeds and provide power for the karaoke machine, outdoor cinema and lights around gazebo.
The fairy lights inside the tent are battery operated and there is solar lights around the outside.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to amend or cancel your booking with us. We just ask that you give us as much notice as possible. We will try to reschedule the booking for another date. Where this is not possible we will refund the full amount (minus the deposit) for all bookings if the cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to the event.
Where are the terms and conditions?
The terms and conditions will be emailed to you with your booking form.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Should an accident happen and something gets damaged there will be a charge for replacement. Please read our terms and conditions for full details.
Is a deposit required?
We require a deposit of £50 (non refundable) to confirm your booking along with your completed Booking Form.
A cash/cheque damage deposit of £50 is also required on the day. This will be refunded once we have packed away the equipment and checked for any damages.
Payment Terms?
The remaining balance is to be paid in full (minus the deposit) no later than 7 days before the event. Payment is accepted by bank transfer. (we will email you our details)
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We have public liability insurance.
